Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I also took my baby to the kids play area and never again. The girl at the front watched and followed her around like she was a criminal from the moment we came in. They are all connected. I brought in water and she called her mother and sister who works with her to come down and I guess get at all. Lol it was a joke! Never going back !
Customer left high and dry
I went into the store and inquired about their day camp.I followed up with a phone call to sign my children up for camp. After providing my cc info, I received a call that they would be adding 4% to my total unless I paid cash.Being that I needed childcare for that day, I agreed however I also questioned the legality of what they were doing.Shortly after I received a call back my kids were not welcome there.Unprofessional!!
Professionalism!!
I was well pleased with my first interaction and the level of professionalism displayed by the owners. The teacher is very professional, kind , patient and because of this my daughter looks forward every week to attend her balle classes.
