Where do I even start?! This business is a joke. They will not answer calls and they will keep your jewelry for months at a time with no updates at all regardless on the agreed upon time frame. I finally have my precious jewelry back but they are absolutely ruined. Do not leave your pieces here, they will not take care of them or you!!!!!!!!! I went to Crawford Fine Jewelers instead (which is very close to this store) and they were WONDERFUL!!!!!

HORRIBLE service!!!!!!!! My husband and I used to come here a fews years back and the boys were such a joy to work with. Now that Jordan and his brothers have left.... this place has changed for the worst. I think she is the boys mother. what a shame.... I will NOT trust my jewelry with these people anymore. Ann kept calling me with different quotes after i agreed on a few thousand dollars for a repair with her. Ridiculous!!!
