My fiance and I went in for wedding bands for both of us. I have my great-great-grandmother's ring as my engagement. It is a stunning daisy cut victorian cluster ring with 8 clear diamonds and a center champagne diamond. We went to this store and the man told me over and over "that's not an engagement ring/am I sure I want to keep that as my ring/he has nothing here for me" we were disgusted and left. went to another jeweler who happily helped

I would like to give them less than 1. We purchased a ring in late December 2020 and a stone (1 of 5) fell out within two months. When we took it back to the store they said everything was loose and needed to be tightened. They wanted half the price of the ring to get a new stone and set, clean and tighten everything. They say you should buy the warranty, but I say they should stand by their product for longer than one day. If the stones were loose when they sold it, why did they let the ring go out? They have no customer service without you paying for it. Go to a reputable jewelry store, forget them.
