Shockingly poor customer service once they have your hard earned $$$$ by ,
Shockingly poor customer service abounds at the Palm Beach Gardens store and up to the Vice President level. We ordered almost 20k in furniture from this store and now 3 months later, we have had items cancelled and still no refund or even mention of any compensation for our wasted time and the fact that we still have only 5 chairs for a table that seats 14 people! After multiple attempts on our half to contact the store and find if items were ever going to be delivered, my boyfriend vented his understandable frustrations to Debra Sands, associate in the PBG store, as well as store managers Nikki and Renee. Instead of communicating with us we were met with a screamed response phone call from the Vice President of Stores, Kathy Veltri who instructed him to never call her employees again. All we want to know is how you are going to make this right since you still have several thousand dollars worth of stuff that will not be delivered and has STILL not been refunded? The entire process has been anything but smooth, from being told initially that we would have the entire order in 2-4 weeks, we should have known this would be too good to be true. Very disappointing. Don't waste your hard earned dollars in this store, once they have your money you might as well cease to exist.

This is in regards to a visit my mother made at the Palm Beach Gardens store today, January 23, 2019. During her visit this afternoon, she was very interested in a console table that was displayed on the floor. She kindly asked an associate if the table was on sale as the signs said that there was a storewide sale of up to 40% off. The associate (if you would even want to call her that) rudely said that it was not on sale and walked away; without even assisting her or looking up the item...My mother proceeded to look online to see if this was true and found out it was indeed 40% off. She didn’t even approach the associate again as her demeanor was rude, undermining and felt that she was being racially profiled. From the moment my mother walked into the store; there was no greeting, no acknowledgement nor assistance from one person. To have people like this represent your company shows the value and morals Arhaus believes in. Coming from the reviews as well, it seems like most would agree that the customer service is extremely poor. To have my mother mention that she felt as if she was racially profiled in your store makes be absolutely livid. I want everyone to know that this woman working at the store today; and I pray that you find out who this is, is an awful representation of a representative of this company. I hope she receives the discipline she deserves for making my mother feel this way. For someone who walks into your store in hopes of finding assistance in search for a product that she will pay for to help the success of your company, this is not how you treat someone. You have done an awful job at choosing your people and I will post this review on every single website of Arhaus affiliation and let it be known to every authority until my mother’s situation gets addressed. Like I said, you don’t know who she is, you profiled her without even knowing what her intentions were. Good job Arhaus, I was very excited in purchasing our living room furniture here in my home I just moved into. I will go back to Pottery Barn and RH. FIND THE WOMAN WHO WAS WORKING THERE TODAY AND ADDRESS THIS. As a businesswoman, I would get rid of her as this complaint will most definitively not be the last.
