Customer Service
I was in the store over the weekend.
I had someone wait on me she seemed new.
I got a jumpsuit for either a wedding or rehearsal dinner out of town.
It was wrinkled I asked to steam which they did.
I also asked for a hanger so it wouldn`t get ALL wrinkled again and the sales staff said no she couldn`t give me a hanger.
We asked store Mgr. and she said no.
I shop either on line or at the store frequnently.
I was a Store Mgr for over 30 yrs and Customer service is a # 1 priority.
I just didn`t understand what the big deal would of been to give me a hanger and a over bag.
Things Are Not like they used to be..
Hanger was what maybe $3.00?
Not a Happy person.
