Horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service!! I came to the Apple store in Oxmoor Mall in Louisville Ky to look at and purchase a new Apple IPad Pro 12.9. Upon entering the store I made my way towards the iPads to be stopped by security and told I needed to go talk with some employees up front. I go to the front of the store and they tell me I’m not allowed to browse the store and that I need to leave! You’re not allowed to shop!
