Apple Store - NewPort Beach, California 92660 - Fashion Island

I'v been to many apple stores around the world including Paris/London/Madrid this one is by far the worst! I had a walk in appointment and i came in after he took me to a table and sat me down, and i had to wait for like 5 more mints and when i tried to explain how much more time i am going to wait the employee ( ( Cody ) large men wth a beard ) without hearing me out he was raising his voice telling me to calm down and interrupting me while i speak and he left me while i was talking to him which left me in a complete shock! Even the customers who were setting around me were takenback by his attitude. After than i went to the technician, he offered me great help! I spoke to the manager who is called ( mike ) and told him what had happened with ( Cody ) and his attitude towards me, i asked him for an apology and to speak with ( Cody ). The manger ( Mike ) left for about 3mints and came back. The manger told me he was on his lunch break but he had a talk with him and he is just stressed and its a heavy day at work and i have to understand his situation, after i asked for an apology but he told me that he didn't want me to stay an hour or so for (Cody) to finish his lunch break, however i told him i can wait for him, after that it appears that he got backed into a corner and told me he cant do that for me and he don't want to make ( Cody ) feel uncomfortable! And we should leave it at this! I said to him i understand and thank him and walk out. 5 mint after i walked in again to buy a cover for my iPhone i see ( Cody ) and i talked to the same manger confronting him about the lunch hour thing and all he said was " well maybe its 10, or 15min lunch break, i saw him in the break-room and i assume he was on a break". Which appeared to me that he was basically laying to me the whole time. I was just left speechless from the level of unprofessionalism they offered in their store
