Apple Store - Greenville, South Carolina SC 29607 - Haywood Mall

Was at the apple store, haywood mall , in Greenville sc went to return my beats x, which I purchased at walmart , an I still have the receipt, an it's with me, so I'm checked in. finally get to talk with some one , so they look up my beats, an the date in the computer is different than my receipt.so I'm told that, that's not the real date they were sold, so they gave me there date, but I have a receipt in my hand, an I'm told that since it comes from walmart, it must be an open box product, that's to cheap to be a new product, young man named chad said this, which really kind of made me fill some kind of way, like it was an inferior product less than, so my receipt was nothing, that cant be right. Even though I'm showing you a receipt that he can see an fill, so I just left cause I was speaking a total different language than English. So I had to call apple support, two people was a little hard but finally some one with some since, but I had th o email the receipt to them, an he changed in the computer, an that same thing should have been done in the store, but it's still a shame in 2020 there still a difference an you have to go so many extra miles to get the simplest thing done, but in all some time, it makes you think about company's that still have back wood employees with that mind frame, for customer service, still in this day @ time, it's a shame
