Spent about a $1000 on jewelry here for presents. One small item had to be returned 5 days later and they refused to process a return citing “store policy”. Insisted I have to get an exchange but could not issue a store credit so I was told I have to come back and exchange it later. Due to death in the family I’ll be out of the country for a few weeks and explained I really do not want to have errands left to do especially when I was not interested in an exchange. When I buy jewelry I want it to be a positive experience and get something I really like not something I’m pressured to get or be stuck with something I don’t like. They called a manager and she did not approve an exception of any kind. This is a heartless company and though I like the designs, this is my last purchase. Don’t buy! Plenty other retailers will give you better treatment. Horrible customer service.

Apm Monaco does not know how to do business and should not be located in such a great mall along with great brands that have good reputation. The employees speak 2 words of English and have no customer service skills. Very unprofessional. My husband bought something for me and was told he would be able to return or exchange an item within 30 days. We went back to exchange it and were told there is nothing they can do since at the time he purchased it, there was a promotion. He was specifically told that he WOULD be able to exchange it. I'm sure they will be out of Beverly Center in no time...
