They told me i could return a red light device up to 14 days after purchase. I even had them put that in text and sign it. I tried to return it. Through there custormer service Dept. They said sorry no returns. And when i told them about the text i got from the salesperson. She told me she had to talk to her manager, And would call me back. She never did, And i never got a refund. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Scamers
I was told by the salesperson that the ENEO TOTALE, red light electronic devise would significantly help sooth, and reduce the pain in my shoulder and lower back, with daily use. He also said that this would in time reduce the médical procedures I was receiving. I decided, based on my talk with him to try the product. After using the treatment devise for a week, the devise was not helping. When I called the company, and asked to return the
worst customer service ever!
I decided to return items 10 minutes after I bought them (I have a lot of skin care & didn't really need it). The manager/employee REFUSED to allow me to return the items 10 minutes after bought them! He lied claiming covid restrictions doesn't allow them to take returns (such BS), and another employee said the day's receipts were already picked up and so they weren't able to take any returns (this is 2:30 in the afternoon). Such a sleazy bunch!
