Can you give ZERO STARS!!! I am so mad right now!!!! Made an appointment last Thursday for a morning appointment on Monday and you get the Urgent Care for the "appointment" and you are told you have to sign in and wait for everyone else that got to the Urgent Care first!! WHY EVEN MAKE APPOINTMENTS???!!!! If it is first come, first serve, DO NOT MAKE PEOPLE MAKE "APPOINMENTS"!!!!! SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!!!
