Bait & Switch Tactics & Horrible Service
No temp checks or safety measures! Had to ask rep to clean electronic eye screen machines. Her response was they were cleaned last night. She reluctantly cleaned! Eye doc was awesome! Check out rep was clueless! Spent an hour trying to order same frames received last year! They are so focused on upselling they don’t provide accurate info.No child fittings/measuring! Was told have child “try on frames” to see which fit. 2 for deal never that price
