ALDO Accessories - Lone Tree, Colorado 80124 - Park Meadows

I've shopped with aldo many times and never had a bad experience until I shopped at park meadows Mall location! As a retail manager myself I'm horrified at the lack of customer service I've received. The store manager herself failed to do the one main thing you do when selling shoe's. I bought a pair of dress shoe's for my husband and when he open the box he realized there was one black shoe and one blue shoe. I had to go back to this location and do an exchange which was out of my way but because of lack of professionalism I had no choice. I also made the mistake of ordering a pair of black shoe's on November 4th and today is the 16th and I still have not received my order. I called online and have a email saying they will be delivered on the 14th which clearly didn't happen. My husband went today and online shows it's delivered to the store and someone named Luis signed for them. I have gotten no where with online or with the store manager. If I was there District manager I would be doing an investigation on that store. I will never shop this brand again and I will never refer any of my clients who shop at my brand to aldo. This is by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had with both in store and online. I'm completely appalled and discussed with aldo as a brand. I will be contacting corporate as a result of this horrific experience I've received.
