Scam Alert
Al-Bohsali started out on the right side and put out a terrific baklava, but lately, they are cheating with their "pistachio" baklava. Pistachios are a distinguishable green, and their website clearly shows several images of pistachio fillings in their baklava and other pastries. What we received on a 12-piece order was a "mixed-nut" baklava instead, which their support team insists is pistachio, even after reviewing the photos I sent. The crazy thing is the online order was a comp for the same experience on purchases from their mall kiosks as well. The company is now refusing my request for a full refund for this sham, but I plan to pursue the matter through alternate channels.
