Adidas - Houston, Texas TX 77056 - The Galleria

I recently purchased a sweater from the galleria Adidas Store for $90, when I went to the Adidas website the same sweater was $63. I purchased the sweater online and returned the sweater to the store and the cashier said "you should've just came in and we would've price matched the website." It is not the responsibility of customers to make sure they are not being overcharged by a company for making an in store purchase. It has been a week and my refund still has not hit my account, apparently there is an ongoing issue with this location not following through with their refunds. I have to wait it out until the regional manager hears back from their finance department as to where my money is and when I will receive it. As much as I love Adidas I think this is a poor reflection on their brand to have a store that price gauges and does not have adequate financing departments in place. I will only shop online from now on.
