Absolute Dental - Las Vegas, Nevada 89145 - Rainbow Plaza

I will admit it did take a long time to get ahold of them but I did the call back and received a call back the same day. I got an appointment the next week and when I went to the appointment they had a cancellation for the next day which very rarely happens in any medical field. I was able to get a teeth cleaning and extractions for the following day and my husband had surgery a few hours later and they were able to take me right away. Everyone was very nice and Dr. Petrie was amazing! The whole staff was. Their enternet went down and they waited to get X-rays from another office because the dr was adamant not to do extractions without them. They are super professional and nice! I work in the medical field and completely understand there are hiccups that are unavoidable so I understood that things happen. I would advise going to the rainbow and Charleston location and have understanding if the appointments run long. People have no patience and will leave a bad review... that is not ok. The staff is phenomenal and the check in women and Jorge as well as Dr. Petrie need a raise! Again, they are amazing and greatly appreciated!!!
