Wings are delicious. Customer service is terrible. They recently made changes to the menu, & when I realized I asked the cashier about a change to an item I regularly purchase, & he waved his hand at me dismissively and said “its right there”. When I explained to him that I would like the fries removed because I didn’t want fries, he had a HUGE attitude (i had just ordered, my food wasn’t even made yet). He then got into a back and forth with me about the wing special. Very distasteful. I come here all the time and recommend people visit whenever they are in Queens. Very disappointing and after this experience I am no longer interested in supporting this business.
