PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE
I ordered a crystal and had a poem engraved in it. I received the order very quickly. The customer service people were very patient and understanding when I called back to report an error. I suppose that if I were in their shoes talking to me, I would have hung the phone up. They took the time to listen and understand my complaint. Not long after, they sent me a sample of what the product text would look like, and I was satisfied. I appreciate their patience! We are all human and we are entitled to have our days and yet, they deal with customers all day; some with attitudes the moment they call and others that are just plain rude. I am grateful that they took care of the issue and called me back to make sure that I was satisfied!
