Took my two granddaughters to the mall and when they saw the karaoke box were so excited to sing and get a copy of it. We put 20.00 in and it stole our money we downloaded the app tried to open it so we could start it never did anything When we called the number got nothing but busy signal non working number!! These should be removed from every location!!!

I made a complaint to the company before,and they fixed it....kind off.i put my $5 in the machine and it stole my money and it never worked again.I totally give up.this was the company's last chance and THEY FAILED AGAIN..

Machines said cash only. Put in $10 and it STOLE my money. The machine wouldn’t recognize the money and didn’t spit it back out. Texted the number on the machine as instructed and I’ve gotten no response. Will be calling on Monday

Your box at palm desert mall is broken into and dont work and the other one refuses payment of any kind.too bad,I wanted to sing 10 songs,it looked like fun.what a disappointment.send maintenance to fix it
