Employees prey on the elderly & others to sell way over-priced, useless beauty treatments. They give free treatments with products that use silicates to give a temporary lift then sell you thousands of dollars worth of snake oil and there are NO RETURNS. Sales people are aggressive and dishonest. No mall should lease space to them.

Run from this merchant (Scottsdale store) as fast as you can. They are selling extremely inflated snake oil. Similar devices with the same or better performance specs are available for prices 10 to over 30 times lower. The product is cheaply made. They are deceptive, lie and employ fraudulent sales practices. A credit card investigation revealed months of facials charged. I had not purchased the facials.

Salespeople are slick, charming and flattering as they put cream on your first eye, taking forever to do the second eye while they sweet-talk you out of your money. When I tried to return the untouched items within 24 hours I was told "NO REFUNDS" . A sign behind the register says this but transactions take place at their stations where you don't see this. They said they had to check with Corporate. I got the runaround and now the store gone!

Antelope valley mall has the best service so far. I'm using the after shave and their mask for 2 month so far so good will buy this again for sure. btw the products are vegan

I purchased some face cleaning and tightening creams after a facial given at the store. Within a few hours of having the in-store facial, I broke out in hives, and my face swoll up for two days. I took pictures, The product was never touched not even out of the bag. I took it back within 14 days and they said no refunds once again I was NOT told of this policy. "It is posted at the register" but the salespeople make sure all transactions are done at their stations where you do not see it. I am trying to find out the corporate office to complain. I was ready and willing to use the product until I had such an allergic reaction.

Very unhappy straightener at the store worked great. When got home the straighter I received didn’t work anything like the one there. Went and look at my receipt and says no refunds. Was never told this. Will not be shopping there again!
