Lionesse Beauty Brand - hours and store locations

I have only seen one positive review of this company. I made the mistake of waiting until I had purchased the first round of products to start reading reviews, which were nearly all negative about the sales tactics used by the personnel. I have invested $6,466.00 on the products and with this I was to receive 12 facials. I received two facials, and on the 2nd facial after the previous manager of the Norfolk store/spa left for North Carolina, I was approached for buying another piece of equipment, which I turned down. I am fortunate that I could afford this indulgence(not the additional large piece of equipment), but now feel somewhat foolish. I do like the product and the original person, while insistent, he was at least likable and did give me a few days to think about it. For a few weeks, the store in Norfolk was closed after the previous manager left, they say due to Covid. The sign said "closed for inventory" the day we showed up in September I believe it was, so I made a new appointment. They never called or texted to confirm for that appointment, so I did not go in (I was not going to have another wasted trip). Weeks later, I received a call to make a new appointment, which is for today, but now bad weather threatens, remnants of Hurricane Zeta. I have called to ask to postpone the facial appointment and Lily asked if she can call me back. I gave her my number. We shall see what happens. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place for people who definitely cannot afford it. I am relatively fortunate and I do have the product. I must add that there are online sites that you can go to in order to get instructions on how to use the product. This was pointed out to me by the personnel who were my original contacts. I was sorry when they left, as there was better communication. I do not like the typical sales tactics used by subsequent personnel, very aggressive, and I and my husband had to emphasize that "no" means no. Finally I got out of there. Right now, things do not seem that stable at the Norfolk location. We shall see. Product was good for me, but I am not certain that it was worth the high prices. This is a lesson learned. In the meantime, I will make use of the products, but will not be wedded to this organization. I may or may not continue to go for the facials that are due me, depending on how much of a struggle it will be.
