terrible customer service by ,
I bought a $169 head set 4 months ago and the mic no longer works. I have been trying to contact customer service now for over a month. When I call the message says to call back. You can't even leave a message. I emailed customer service and never received a response. It is still under waranty, but without the receipt they will not replace or fix it. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, maybe they can help.
