The Brookstone brand was founded in 1965 by a couple from Peterborough (NH), US. It started as an catalog and mail order business with specialty and hard to find tools. ater in early 70s first Brookstone stores were opened in shopping malls and centers.
After the filling for Chapter 11 Bankcruptcy in August 2018 all stores in shoppings malls were closed, only 30 airport stores stay opened. Brookstone also focuses on selling online. And what does Brookstone offer? It sells electronic gadgets and accessories as speakers, remote controlled drones, smart gadgets, watches, clocks, iPad accessories and also textile products as blankets, pillows etc.
